SHIPPING POLICIES

We've worked hard to make order processing and shipping as easy as possible. We know that you want your order quickly and at the lowest possible cost. When placing an order with us, we calculate shipping costs of your items.

Order Processing

We accept credit cards for any orders placed online, no checks, COD and Money orders. For any payments, please be sure to include the proper shipping fees.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will be charged for orders at the time of shipment. If an item you selected is on backorder, your credit card will be charged at the time it is shipped to you.

We DO NOT ship nor deliver on holidays or weekends.

Canceling an Order

To cancel an order, please call 503.586.0654 or via email. Order cancellations must be made within twenty-four hours of originally placing the order.

RETURNS

Please mail your return(s) to Ladome Productions - 4227 Viewcrest dr. Salem, OR 97302 USA. You are responsible for return shipping and handling costs. You will be refunded/credited within 7 days of receiving your return; however, please be advised that your credit card company may take up to 30 days to post the return to your account.

All returned item(s) must be sent either by UPS ground or Parcel Post Insured or they will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

If you received the wrong item (different from what you ordered) or if it was damaged, we will reimburse you for return shipping costs (standard shipping). The returned item must be sent either UPS ground or Parcel Post Insured or it will not be accepted.

Note: returns/exchanges are limited to stock on hand.
